Stellar Soccer
Being a supporter of the Viking Army Supporters Group for the New York Red Bulls allows me the opportunity to meet tons of people from all walks of life. Yet we all have one thing in common that brings us together to: The Beautiful Game. Futbol. Soccer.
I met Alex Garcia, his wife Mariel, and one of his coaches Mateo, through the Supporters Group. After various road trips, tailgates, & beers together, the topic came up of his business needing a revamped website.
During the discovery process, Alex expressed frustration with his current Web Developer at the time. They were not communicating in a timely manner, not completing what was asked of them, and just not meeting his needs. On top of that, they overly charged Alex and did not pull through on their end of the agreement.
I assured Alex that we would be working closely together to make sure his needs were met and he would be kept in constant communication regarding the site. Alex provided a strict deadline of when the new site needed to be completed and it was ready to go live on time. He paid less than half of what the previous vendor charged and walked away happier, feeling more confident in a product he would be proud to show his clients.
