I joined a Latin Fraternity while in college for multiple reasons. To get involved on-campus, for its leadership opportunities, and to have fun. But the biggest reason was the vast network of brothers across the country, in various industries, from different backgrounds, and of all ages. He was starting his own digital art and printing business, which also included 3D miniature prints and flip-motion lenticular prints. His goal was to have a functional site by the first weekend of February because he was attending a convention in California to display his work.
He needed a platform to display his work but more importantly, sell it. An online e-commerce shop that’s easy for his customers to navigate, purchase, and become returning customers. While allowing the option to offer special discount codes for first-time buyers or bulk orders.
This was a fun project because it was my first e-commerce website, so a ton of experience was gained working on this one. We had a little under 2 months to complete it before the convention and we were able to launch a soft opening a month before to fully test it out. He’s had multiple purchases already and even returning customers because of the quality of work Bryan produces. The convention was a complete success for him and his business, and I’m extremely grateful to be a small part of the successful growth of MynDesigns.
